Refund Policy

1. Overview

Astro delivers personalized astrology content and digital soulmate sketches. Because our products are delivered instantly and are unique to each customer, sales are generally final. The exceptions below describe when a refund may still be issued.

2. Product Purchases

When you purchase a personalized soulmate portrait and reading from Astro, you are charged the displayed price (currently $15.00) one time, in full, on the day of purchase. There is no trial period and no recurring or auto-renewing charges associated with the purchase.

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied with your purchase, email support@tryastro.org within 7 days of the charge and we will refund your purchase in full.

If you believe a charge was made in error (duplicate charge, card you do not recognize, charge not authorized by you), contact us at support@tryastro.org within 14 days of the charge and we will investigate.

3. Add-on Purchases

Optional add-on purchases such as expedite delivery, bundles (Palm, Career, Net Worth), and additional readings are non-refundable once the content has been delivered or generated.

If you did not receive the content you purchased, email support@tryastro.org within 14 days and we will either deliver the content or issue a full refund.

4. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. We do not charge processing fees for refunds.

5. Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your bank before contacting us, your account will be suspended while the dispute is reviewed. We encourage customers to email us first so we can resolve most concerns without a chargeback.
