These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Astro ("Service"), operated by Astro, 8 The Green, Suite A, Dover, DE 19901.
Subscription and Trial. Your purchase is a subscription that begins with a trial — it is not a one-time payment. You are charged a $1.00 trial fee for a 7-day trial. Unless you cancel before the trial period ends, your subscription automatically renews and your payment method is charged $49.99 per month, on a recurring basis, until you cancel. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid the $49.99 charge (see Cancellation below).
Ongoing Pricing Tests. We regularly test different prices, trial lengths, and offers, so the trial fee, trial length, and recurring price you are shown may differ from the $1.00 trial and $49.99 per month described above. Whatever amounts are displayed to you on the checkout screen before you pay are the amounts that apply to your purchase — always on the same trial-then-recurring basis, never as a one-time payment unless explicitly stated as a one-time offer.
One-time Offers. Some offers are sold as a single one-time digital purchase with no trial and no recurring charge. Where this applies, it is stated clearly at checkout, and we will not charge your payment method again unless you make another purchase.
What You Receive. Upon successful payment, you receive access to your personalized portrait, reading, and any other features included with your plan, delivered to the email address you provide at checkout. The product is delivered digitally; no physical goods are shipped.
Cancellation. You can cancel at any time using the account or billing management link included in your confirmation email, or by emailing support@tryastro.org. Cancelling stops all future renewal charges. If you cancel during a trial or a paid period, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Price Changes. We may update pricing at any time. The prices in effect and displayed to you at the time of your purchase are the prices that apply to that purchase.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, email support@tryastro.org within 7 days of the charge and we will refund your purchase in full. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. Outside of the 7-day window, refund requests will be reviewed case-by-case.

All content on Astro — including readings, artwork, and copy — is the property of Astro and may not be reproduced without written permission. The personalized portrait you receive is licensed for your personal, non-commercial use.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Astro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email where you have provided one.
Astro is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or other regions with data protection laws, the following applies:
