These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Astro ("Service"), operated by Astro, 8 The Green, Suite A, Dover, DE 19901.

1. Product and Billing

One-time Purchase. Astro offers a personalized soulmate sketch and reading as a one-time digital product. The price for the product is displayed clearly at checkout (currently $15.00). You are charged once, in full, on the day of purchase. There is no trial period and no recurring or auto-renewing charges associated with the one-time purchase.

What You Receive. Upon successful payment, you receive immediate access to your personalized portrait and accompanying reading delivered to the email address you provide at checkout. The product is delivered digitally; no physical goods are shipped.

No Subscription. The one-time purchase does not enroll you in a subscription, trial, or any future automatic billing. We will not charge your payment method again unless you make a new purchase explicitly.

Price Changes. We may update product pricing at any time. Prices in effect at the time of your purchase are the prices that apply to that purchase.

2. Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, email support@tryastro.org within 7 days of the charge and we will refund your purchase in full. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. Outside of the 7-day window, refund requests will be reviewed case-by-case.

3. Nature of the Service

Astro provides entertainment-based astrology and soulmate readings. All content is generated for entertainment purposes only and does not constitute professional advice of any kind. Results are not guaranteed.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Astro — including readings, artwork, and copy — is the property of Astro and may not be reproduced without written permission. The personalized portrait you receive is licensed for your personal, non-commercial use.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Astro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email where you have provided one.

8. International Users & GDPR

Astro is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or other regions with data protection laws, the following applies:

• Legal basis for processing: We process your personal data on the basis of contract performance (to deliver the product you purchased) and legitimate interests (fraud prevention, service improvement).
• Your rights: You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise any right, email support@tryastro.org. We will respond within 30 days.
• Data transfers: Your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms where required.
• Supervisory authority: If you are in the EEA, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
• California residents (CCPA): You have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, and to opt out of sale. We do not sell personal data. Contact us to exercise your rights.
