These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Astro ("Service"), operated by Beacon Hub LLC, 2332 Galiano Street, 2nd Floor, Coral Gables, FL 33134.

1. Product and Billing

Pricing. The price shown to you at checkout is the price that applies. Astro is offered in two ways:

• One-time sketch — $15.00. A single $15.00 charge for your personalized soulmate sketch and reading, with no recurring billing.
• $15 monthly subscription. An optional plan you actively choose at checkout: $15.00 today, then $15.00 each month until you cancel. It applies only if you check the enrollment box at checkout; if you leave it unchecked, you are charged the one-time $15 and nothing further.

Everything your $15 subscription gives you. The subscription is built to deliver real value every month:

• A personalized reading completed by your dedicated psychic within 48 hours
• A full personality and compatibility reading
• Insight into when and where your paths will cross
• Fresh readings, cosmic updates, and personalized guidance delivered on an ongoing basis

What You Receive. Upon successful payment, you receive access to your personalized portrait, reading, and any subscription features, delivered to the email address you provide at checkout. The product is delivered digitally; no physical goods are shipped.

Cancellation. If you enrolled in the $15 monthly subscription, you can cancel it at any time from your account or by emailing support@tryastro.org or call us at (660) 628-1280. Cancelling stops all future charges, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. The one-time purchase has nothing to cancel and is never billed again.

Price Changes. We may update pricing at any time. The prices in effect and displayed to you at the time of your purchase are the prices that apply to that purchase.

2. Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, email support@tryastro.org or call us at (660) 628-1280 within 30 days of the charge and we will refund your purchase in full. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

3. Nature of the Service

Astro provides entertainment-based astrology and soulmate readings. All content is generated for entertainment purposes only and does not constitute professional advice of any kind. Results are not guaranteed.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Astro — including readings, artwork, and copy — is the property of Astro and may not be reproduced without written permission. The personalized portrait you receive is licensed for your personal, non-commercial use.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Astro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email where you have provided one.

8. International Users & GDPR

Astro is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or other regions with data protection laws, the following applies:

• Legal basis for processing: We process your personal data on the basis of contract performance (to deliver the product you purchased) and legitimate interests (fraud prevention, service improvement).
• Your rights: You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise any right, email support@tryastro.org or call us at (660) 628-1280. We will respond within 30 days.
• Data transfers: Your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms where required.
• Supervisory authority: If you are in the EEA, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
• California residents (CCPA): You have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, and to opt out of sale. We do not sell personal data. Contact us to exercise your rights.
